Greenlawn Ave. runs east from Main St. for 2 blocks. It's a little west of downtown Findlay. It is two blocks north of Main Street's intersection with 6th St. (to the south) and Lade Cascade Parkway (to the north).
From the east: Take 224 West to Findlay. Turn left (south) onto Main St. and continue through downtown. Go 1.3 miles. Turn left onto Greenlawn Ave.
From the north, south, or west:Take your best route to I-75 toward Findlay. Take exit number 157 towards OH-12. Drive for 0.2 miles. Turn left onto W. Main Cross Street. Drive for 1.2 miles. Turn right onto S. Main St. Drive for 1 mile. Turn left onto Greenlawn Ave. Go 2 blocks.
#320 is a one story brick house at the end of the street on the left. There is no stop light at Greenlawn. If you reach 6th St., you've passed it. Rather than back-tracking, turn left onto 6th St., left on the next available street, go 2 blocks, and turn right onto Greenlawn.

From the north, south, or west: Take your best route to US 224 (Tiffin Ave.) on the eastern edge of Findlay. Continue past the last stop light. Just after you pass the Shady Grove Golf Club on the right, turn left into a two-lane driveway flanked by stone gates marked "Eastern Woods". If you reach Westwood Road on the right you have gone a little too far. (See "All," below.)
From the east: Take US 224 West to Findlay. As you reach the outskirts of Findlay, look for Township Hwy 242 on the left and Township Hwy 243 on the right. Pass these. Turn right into a two-lane driveway flanked by stone gates marked "Eastern Woods". If you reach the Shady Grove Golf Club on the left you have gone a little too far. (See "All," below.)
All: Follow the drive, marked "Eastern Woods Parkway," as it bends around. Turn left at the sign to "Birchaven," and follow the drive to the end. Park in the parking lot. Walk in the front door of the building and continue straight to the main "street". Turn left and continue to the last door before a corridor on the left, where the brickwork ends. Go in that door. If you get lost, return to the entrance and ask the person at the reception desk how to get to the Adult Day Care Center.
